MacBook/WinXP: Keyboard problems
Is there somebody who uses a MacBook running Windows XP as his primary OS?
Somebody provided me a week ago with the solution on how to use the
built-in keyboard in my MacBook:
http://images.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/pdf/Boot_Camp_Beta_Setup_Guide_v1.4.pdf
It has solved my problem, I bookmarked this URL, but when I wanted to
access the file today it wasn’t there anymore! The reason is that Apple
has started to market its new OS called Leopard…
Is there anybody who has a copy of the aforementioned Boot Camp Setup
Guide or a clue how to manage a couple of the function keys under
Windows XP by using the built-in keyboard?
I wanted more brightness of the screen which is handled by the function
keys [F1] and [F2] or [fn] plus on of these function keys. None of these
key combinations showed any result. The same goes for the volume keys
F3, F4, and F5.
What did I miss here? Any help is appreciated…
Thanks,
Sigi Rindler
