The going rate for weddings in Okazaki has blown out to around 600man (roughly the bubble period price), but at least the couple involved usually manage to score a new car out of the event. I've actually been looking at locations for another teaching center, and Shikoku didn't seem promising, so maybe a fact finding tour to Okinawa is in order afterall.
