Horse Racing Systems: Do They Actually Work?

There are many horse racing systems out there, some good, some not so
good.

The trick then is how do we pick the good ones and avoid blowing money
and

wasting time on the not so good ones.

On another perspective, if using a good system works and it makes you

money, would then that be considered as gambling?
