I did notice that shipping was included. Columbia House used to do
that "any ten records or tapes (later CD's) for 99\xA2*

*=plus a small shipping and handling fee for each shipment

Which equated to them sending each item individually with a $3 "small"
shipping & handling fee for each item.

When I used to sell flyers on ebay, I started each auction at 99\xA2 and
charged actual postage / UPS fees only. I made it a point to show that
I did not charge any "handling" fee. For posters I charged the $1.50 I
paid for the tube which I listed in the auction. This way, I let the
market determine the worth for the flyers. I remember sometimes
getting over $100 for a few flyers and only 99\xA2 for a few with most
getting $4-8 apiece. Once I was getting only 99\xA2 for all of them for a
few weeks straight, I decided the market was saturated and it was time
to stop.

Speaking of posters, I remember getting more for a Kiss backglass
poster than actual backglasses were going for! And yes, for that
auction, I waived the shipping charge, tube cost and I even sprang for
the insurance. I even took a vacation thanks to that auction!

Good luck and if you decide to respond to the Aussie, best to speak
with your legal counsel first or just ignore him. Here in the US, the
secondary market for legal good is free market last time I checked.
Maybe, just maybe something he holds copyrights to may not be legal to
sell in his Country. But, that's a big maybe. Would it be illegal for
me to sell a 1989 Chevy Corvette flyer to an enthusiast in Sydney via
ebay? I know Chevy has a room full of Lawyers in Detroit witing to
crush me. But, shouldn't the Waynester use his resources to build
those MM's he took deposits on rather than harass Americans? After
all, we have enough pinball a-holes on this side of the ocean already!
