My name is Meeya who is seeking for a road paving material.
It is a sort of special cement (Mortar) which fills the void between
the
aggregates coated with asphalt. The Mortar should fill the 25-30%
void, which requires high permeability and workability of the
product.  The product will be used to assure the non-shrinkage and to
reduce plastic deformation of the road.
The technology is called semi-rigid asphalt concrete, which means it
