In this part of Aichi (very nice Lake Mikawa Highball available from
the tap) most of the 2 litre bottles are above 140. I haven't seen any
below 105 yen, though don't shop for it regularly.

Why do you buy so much bottled water? I'd understand if you were
living in Osaka or had really old pipes in your house.
