It may have prevent it (or prevent other Koreas, say Iran), but I doubt
they would give it up once they have it. Once the monkey dresses as a
lion, is hard to give up the suit. ;)
You must also be aware that the little lions use the big lion to scare
off their own little animals, and viceversa. Only solution I see is
dropping the hierarchal macho-man, alpha male "king of the jungle"
philosophy and favor REAL DEMOCRACY Swiss style. That would be
unstoppable from within as the little animals realize their own lion.
