If you think it would help then yes I'd be interested. Please attach a
copy to an email (declan AT yamasa DOT org) or put it somewhere I can
download it. I'm no so much interested in learning the law in detail so
much as learning enough to know where and what to do next. One of those
nagging doubts I'd like cleared up as it were.
