Are you really sure you want to come to Japan? You know virtually nothing
and dispute statements from people who have been living here for many years. 
It's called "experience", something that counts more than your assumptions.
If you had a flat rate internet connection instead of one that costs you per 
minute, you could get all your answers faster, cheaper, and without 
revealing your ignorance to those in your future environment...
With this attitude and style you won't be around for long I guess!<eg>
