Ohhhh - a rhetorical question. Its a free world matey, so answering
what you perceive to be personal questions is entirely your choice.
Answer and ask if you wish, though most of the time I suspect that

The ISP costs are minimal for GOL as well. Your original post though
referred in particular to English language support for your current
ADSL and mobile phone providers. If your goal is "optimization of the
entire package", then you are probably going to have to choose between
lower costs, or better English support services which may well come at
a higher fee.
Personally I doubt that it would be possible to get significant
reductions from 8500/month - though if you can then good luck to you.
If you want better English language support for your cellphone then
switch to vodafone.
