I have been using the system for over 6 months and call most Eurpean 
countries for free (incl. within Japan).
The quality is PERFECT with other countries, but so-so within Japan.
I mean "computer to a telephone" like "Skype Out". The system runs ithout 
problems in tandem with Skype... which allows you to have instant Chat and 
allows file transfer.
It costs 10 Euro for 4 months. I use this credit when calling countries that 
aren't free, or most mobile phone numbers except for the USA, Canada, HKG 
and Singapore.
