http://www.asiarooms.com/japan/tokyo/yushima_plaza.html I had a good stay in this average business hotel and spent about 10000 yen for 3 people. Thats about 100$US. Its close to Ueno Park and JR station and a short hop on the subway to anywhere in central Tokyo.
