I was looking out for some odd week-end jobs something nearby Kawasaki,
that could help me get some money to buy some good electronics, is
there any organization/company (employment agency) which could help you
find similar work?

I am well proficient in English and have no knowledge of Japanese, I
also do computer programming around 4-years of experience and some good
Indian cooking.

any suggestions??
