Tecra M2 firewire port
Hi there,
I have an old Tecra M2 which on the left side has an opening in the
chassis for a is400/ieee1394 port, also known as firewire. I think my
model is one of the first M2's to come out, so there's no actual port
in the hole. Does anyone know if such a port is obtainable, or is it to
complex to fiddle with direct on the motherboard?
The second choice I have is buying a advanced port replicator iii, but
i think its a bit overkill as I just need that darn firewire. Any other
good ideas?
Regards,
Soren
