I can't understand it either, but then on the other hand I couldn't
survive without a regular on tap supply of Guinness and Hoegaarden
White. It is not as if I haven't tried (repeatedly, even the
aforementioned "wine") practically everything Japan has to offer a
thirsty gaigin. Even with 60 whiskies on the shelf I still try a new
jizake each fortnight.
