Network and System Management Product

Over view of the position
This position is responsible to manage multiple software products
(Development & Sustaining engineering) and QA and the related teams.
The delivery of high quality, on time product to market is the main
responsibility. All steps along the way, from initial concept, Project
360 process, project definition and tracking through testing and GA
release of the product are either managed directly or overseen by the
global stakeholders.
For this we are looking at a candidate who has 10+ yrs of experience in
the IT industry and who can do coding for the protocols.


Sr. Manager for Porting

Over view of the Position

This position is mainly responsible for porting - means who have
worked on different platforms and able to do coding, designing on
different platforms.  And who can manage a team of not less than 20 who
are doing porting.  For this the candidate should have not less than 10
yrs of IT field Experience and he should be in a managerial position
currently.


Java Architect

This position requires  minimum 8 yrs of IT field experience and the
candidate should be currently working as an Java Architect.


Mobile Devices Lead

C,C++, COM, network programming, and  Win 32 Programming
Knowledge of windows driver/ service development and synchronization
technologies is a plus.

Minimum 3 yrs of product development experience

First Party Games Development Lead

Minimum 5 yrs in C / C++ Programming and 2 yrs as an Team Lead
Bonus points for experience with Direct X, Flash MX/ Action Script and
/ or Graphic Design / UX experience

IDC MSN Games Team Developer Lead

Minimum 5+ yrs into development and 1-2 yrs as a lead.

Candidate should be working on large scale web applications and
platforms

Candidates must have strong experience with we client technologies
(HTML, DHTML, Cascading style sheets (CSS), Java Script, XML, Flash)
and must also be strong on server technologies related to internet
applications (IIS6.0, C#, ASP. Net, SQL and web Services)

Technical degree with CS/ CE/ EE is preferred

CSF PM (2)

The Program Management (PM) position requires strong leadership and
excellent problem solving in driving a virtual team of contractors,
vendors and consultants in developing CSF components. PM will also work
with the Product Management team, Architecture team and customers to
scope the requirements for each release of CSF. Prior experience with
service development in multi-tenant environment, good understanding of
the Web Services architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the
WS-* protocols, and other core Web Services technologies (SOAP, WSDL,
UDDI) and Implementation experience with Microsoft's .NET Framework are
required. Expertise in high volume/performance Web Services. A
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
discipline is required. Strong problem solving and design skills are a
must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer
relationship and requirements gathering skills, and the ability to
drive cross-team initiatives required. 5+ years of Program Management
experience. Must have experience shipping 2 products/services.



CSF Dev Lead (3)

The development lead position requires strong leadership and excellent
problem solving in driving a team of developers developing CSF
components. Development will also work with the Program Management
team, Architecture team and customers to deliver great feature set for
each release. Candidates must have expertise in C#, .NET, Web Services,
and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Strong problem solving and
design skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
the ability to drive cross-team initiatives required. 5+ years of
software development experience required with 1+ year as a lead.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Biz Talk Server, Active
Directory, SSO, and UDDI are a big plus. A Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required.

Group Manager CSF

The Group Manager position requires strong leadership and excellent
problem solving in driving a team of developers and program managers
developing CSF components. You will work on building a team,
understanding customer requirements, defining the long term future.
Candidates must have expertise in C#, .NET, Web Services, and Service
Oriented Architecture (SOA). Strong problem solving and design skills,
excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to
drive cross-team initiatives required. 5+ years of software development
experience required with 1+ year as a lead. Experience with Microsoft
SQL Server, Microsoft Biz Talk Server, Active Directory, SSO, and UDDI
are a big plus. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or related discipline is required.

Test Lead

This position requires 6+ yrs of IT industry experience in that 4+ yrs
in to testing and 2+yrs as a lead.

And the skill set that they are looking are hands on experience on
Automation and Manual Testing tools.  And the candidate should be doing
testing on Asp.Net projects with C# and SQL server.  And able to write
scripts on testing database (TSL - Testing Script Language) and
should have understanding knowledge of dot net framework.

Team Lead


This position requires 6+ yrs of IT field experience in Programming in
that 2+yrs as an tech lead.

And the skill set required is Asp.Net, C# and SQL Server.  And the
candidate should have minimum of 2 yrs of working experience on these
skills.

And the skill set that they are looking at are ASP.Net, C# and SQL
server.  The candidate should have minimum 2 yrs of experience in .net
Technologies and should know dot net frame work.
