The scope of eligible topics includes (but is not limited to): - grid security - administration costs and methods - expected benefits - existing technological obstacles retarding practical implementation - implementation in large versus small businesses - software tools - staff training. It is expected that the issue will contain a collection of papers reflecting views of main grid computing technology providers, as well as, experiences of early adapters. Several key IT companies developing grid technology for commercial use will be invited to contribute to the Special Issue.
