Hi All
I have a Toshiba Tecra M2 with the 3 year warranty (only a year old)
and the unit quit booting up about a month ago. It has been in the shop
for 3 weeks waiting for a system board to be replaced. I travel alot
and it makes my job extremely difficult to do with out a notebook.
What is a reasonable amount of time for this $2300 notebook to be
repaired? and should Toshiba send me a new unit since I paid big money
for quit service?
