Hello,
For my son's second birthday he got a little present from some visiting
Japanese friends.
A cloth banner of some sort, with some text and drowing on it.

With it came a little printed note. The note lookes like instructions
or an explanation about the banner.

I would appreciate it if somebody could tell me what it says.
