" Japan: Doing Business in a Unique Culture", by Kevin B.
Bucknall, Boson Books, 2005, 165 pages, ISBN: 1-932482-23-7

The book focuses on negotiating but it also deals with many cultural
specifics when living in or visiting Japan, including the importance of
gift-giving and socialising. There is a chapter on Japanese culture in
general and one specifically for foreign women.

The book is currently available as an Ebook only, from amazon.com,
amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, ebooks.com, fictionwise.com, and powells.com.
A search for "kevin bucknall" will take you to it, as well as to a
few of my other books. A paperback edition is being planned but it is
definitely some months away from publication.

The recommended price is US$16.50, although each outlet can offer
discounts and some do, so it is worth checking around.
