Alright, you would say that, because they did not actually try the case
any other way for us to know which outcome was more favorable. Geez.

Is what you've heard the way you would have done it?

I don't know if you've ever seen any, but even Japanese lawyers on TV
are much more willing to offer comments on issues of the moment or give
legal advice; and they do give either or responses when asked, for
example, which party is in the wrong, how much compensation should be
paid, or how a case should turn out. And the best part is when
different lawyers are revealed to disagree so completely.

Or are they and these shows just being irresponsible too?
