I was wondering if anyone here can help me..
I am trying to find someone I know who I knew was in Japan in 2003 and
early 2004 but I don't know if they are still here...

Their name is Thomas O'kelly... but he has been in Asia/Japan for a
long time and sometimes goes by his adopted Japanese surname of Okaya
(Thomas Okaya)..

Last I knew he was working for the YMCA in the Tokai area.. Mie
Prefecture..

Does anyone have any idea of places on the web where it is possible to
get back in contact with people that specialize in Japan?
