RE: OIL contamination - invention HARDOIL the possibility of real HELP

Dear Sir,

I am Istvan Holbok - an engineer from Hungary [see my contact data at
the bottom], and my job is to find the proper contacts & partners who
would be able to buy & introduce our invention described below to the
international market, and who would also be able to put this invention
into application across the world.

An amazing non-toxic material has been invented and developed in
Hungary, called HARDOIL.

The exclusive rights of this invention are in the hands of the group
represented by me.
- According to various tests (eco-toxicological test, daphnia test,
fish test, seedling test, algae test, soil bacteria test, etc.), the
substance is harmless for the environment (soil, water etc.).
- In the event of an emergency or disaster, the solidified material
(resulted by HARDOIL mixed with oil) allows the recovery of more than
95% of the original oil derivative. Furthermore, the neutralizing
substance (active agent - HARDOIL) can also be separated, so it can be
used repeatedly. The HARDOIL technology includes the supplementary
process to recover oil and active agent from solidified end-product,
too.
- There is a way to use HARDOIL to stop the spilling of oil from a
sunken vessel. You can inject the HARDOIL liquid into the gap of the
hull of vessel and HARDOIL will make a stopper or tap and fully close
that gap (it depends on the size of gap, too). If every vessel will
keep a proper quantity of HARDOIL on board, practically, you can
prevent a big environmental catastrophe (like Exxon Valdez Oil Spill).
- The production of HARDOIL can be solved locally in any country. The
raw matrerials are available.
- The substance can be used for the neutralization of pollution
containing chlorine (e.g. plastic, and residues after the burning of
PVC)
- The substance can ce used for neutralizing red dross.
- By using HARDOIL, oil can be transported and stored in a solidified
form (for example in big cubes).

You can find a short (6 minute) video on the WEB:
http://www.hardoil.iweb.hu how HARDOIL works.
You can also learn more about HARDOIL by reading the FAQ page of this
site.

As far as I am informed, you are working on a field where HARDOIL can
be used for different purposes.

I would like to know what your opinion is.
I would also like to know what you need and what you expect from us in
connection with the introduction of HARDOIL invention?
Can you help us in introducing this invention to the practical
application?
Can you help us by giving information and contact persons who we should
contact? Who would be the right person to hand over this invention to,
who would be able to manufacture HARDOIL for all oil spill response and
disaster response organizations?
Please, contact us, and let us know what your opinion is.

Best regards:

HARDOIL provides a workable, non-toxic solution for all oil spill
incidents, large and small, in either terrestrial or aquatic
environments. You can find a short (6 minute) demonstration video on
