I rarely say "me too" to KGII, but I think he's right. 1 and 2 are
clearly good, 6 is clearly bad, and courts are going to split on 3 and
4. I also notice that none of your examples actually mimic the situation:
7: Stranger burns infinite number of copies of a TV show digitally and
distributes them in foreign countries indiscriminately without the
copyright holder's permission.
