My next camera will have at least a 6 mp capacity and probably the 8 but I would not use up the maximum unless I knew it would be for larger format pictures. But I must say this, the Digital camera age gives us abilities we never had with the 35mm camera's I can go home and run my own show shots on larger format printers and that is an art that many people will be getting into when printer inks drop and they are and will. So, as I support what you for the 3.2 I think I will not use any other higher levels I like being able to take my 80 shots each and every day. One day after shooting on low settings I wanted to print larger that 6x4 only to find out that it was too grainy, now I shoot all pictures on 3.2. If my ability to print larger format changes I might then say, yes, are right, use the full potential from shot to finish.
