DELL Optiplex のシステムエラーメッセージ

Dell Optiplex GX100をいじっています。
色々やっていますが，BIOSが立ち上がらず，システムメッセージの

Alert! Previous attempts at booting this system have failed 
at checkpoint [Krst]. 
For help in resolving this problem, please note this checkpoint 
and contact Dell Technical Support.

が出てしまいました。
中古で買った機械なのでTAG No.がついておらず，
サポートに確認することが出来ません。

どなたかこのエラーメッセージの意味をご存知の方は
いらっしゃいませんでしょうか。
