probably the reason that someone started the 'AnyBrowser' campain...

My perfect WWW would be a WWW where all html pages could be accessed
with a simple HTML 3.x compatible browser, even though they might look
less pretty with such a browser than with a "state of the art" (cough)
browser, but accessable none the less...

At a glance, your site seems not 100% navigatable without Javascript,
but the biggest problem is that FrontPage seems to have _really_ messed 
up some things in http://sakura.cardcaptorz.com/peeji.html :
the page has multiple <head></head> , <body></body> , <html></html> pairs,
which isn't very nice of the Micro$oft program, since there should
never be anything after a </html> tag...
