When he is the most wanted man in the world (supposedly) just issuing
video tapes of himself is a risk and a major raised middle finger to
the USA.
I don't need to answer why he'd be an idiot to appear in public. Let's
just say it'd be a good idea if he was suicidal but unfortunately for
the world it seems like he wants to live.
