I've tried to show that but for the good advice of Richard Cheney,
Bush Sr. may well have marched right on to Baghdad. But as Cheney so
intelligently pointed out that would have been an exercise in futility
and an unacceptable cost in casualties.
Well, Dick Cheney V1991 pointed that out anyway. We've got the new
RoboDick 2004 now who's totally updated and on a roll.
