It is a mistake in many cases that take means of war for a purpose to 
be peaceful.
U.S.A. should be more skillful.
It is a mistake obviously that a purpose assumes means.
Iraq is not peaceful at all.
The world should investigate coexistence with a Muslim.
Democracy is not a simple procedure.
Why may not an American understand it?
No procedure has effect unless an action style is accompanied.
