I've had multiple shipments over the last several years and customs
has never intercepted a single one of them. I *did* have one shipment
of cigars get intercepted, and can tell you that the rate on cigars is
a little over 8,000 yen per kilogram. One snagged out of all the
shipments I've had, I can't kick too hard about it.

Also, take a look at gatlinburlier's looseleaf section. They recently
added a wintergreen flavored blend of chew. I was disappointed when
they dropped the whiskey chew. Still don't understand why they did.
