Keitora are the most reliable vehicles in the world.

You can always rely on them to sit at the side of the road and wait
until absolutely the last second to jump into traffic, causing you to
slam on brakes. You can then rely on them to move, as you say, at
about 5-10 kph. You can rely on them traveling no more than about 50
meters down the road. You can rely on them making a right turn, which
they will take forever to effect. While waiting, you can look in your
mirror and notice that behind you there isn't another vehicle in
sight. You can rely on never being able to figure out why the
brain-dead old bastard at the wheel couldn't have waited 1.7 seconds
more to let you go by before causing you a heart attack.

Very reliable vehicles.
