Decent little article on spring seasonal vegetables, with an emphasis
on (I presume) Kanto sansai. Other than takenoko (and of course, ki no
me) the only sansai I ever gathered were in Kocki, with the inlaws, and
I'm not going to pretend I remember the names.

Still, I *DO* miss Japanese sansai; you can only get them in a couple
specialty restaurants here, and only at authentic Japanese prices.
