No problem there the sickness killed my libido completely for a few

Fortunately aside from a few pesky stretchmarks on the abdominal area
I snapped back into pretty good shape due in large part to the
combination of exercise (I jog 5km a day) I did with the dieting.
While I was really sick I wasn't running of course but then I was just
losing weight like crazy. The human body is remarkably resilient if
you take care of it.
In the U.S. now these stomach-stapling surgical procedures for the
growing population of super-fatsos seem to be all the rage. One
operation and you quickly drop all the extra weight without exercise
or any pain. But then they all end up looking like those shar-pei dogs
with all the hanging folds of stretched out skin and I say GOOD! Noone
wants to do anything the hard/right way.
