No, my solution is for them to go to another country because they are
clearly unhappy with where they are.  Hopefully the country that takes
them will be more amenable to them and they won't have to whine and
complain anymore.

Right, this is only my "idea" we're talking about. But I think there
is a real fine line between dissension and whining. It's about what
you expect to achieve from your whining and complaining and whether or
not you actually WANT things to change or if you just hate for the
sake of hatred. The latter is whom I urge to leave. Nothing will
satisfy them so why not go somewhere better? That way everyone wins in
the end.
