Errr ... I have been to Neyagawa several times and have never viewed any
Brazilians in their natural habitats there. Granted, I have not checked
every dark corner of the city (sic) and only went to Neyagawa on several
investigations because it is home to several people who did very
questionable things with OPM (other people's money) ... and the owner of
a meat importer who sold old meat back to the government by mislabeling
it as having been from a recent shipment that contained BSE-infected beef.
There seems to be an excess of clever in that area, even for Osaka.
