I am a big fan of visiting Kyushu.  It is not on my short list of places
to live, however.

... works .... and I cannot explain why that garbage happened on a
simple cut-and -paste operation between Firefox in WIN XP on my virtual
PC and this reply in T-Bird running on Linux (Japanese input
implementation is still a bit dodgy) ... unless MS has gone and
"improved" Unicode again ...
