Does Fotomat still exist?  I thought Fuji Film, Epson printers, and 
Canon IC cameras did them in.

In sealed boxes, probably yes.  Don't have someone wrap the flat sheets 
and try to send them in a letter ... or you may become better acquainted 
with the "Japanese legal system" (sic) than you'd intended and the pain 
in your head will be joined by a sharp pain in the ass.

Tobacco and salt used to have their own monopoly corporation in this 
country, so having pipe tobacco taxed is not surprising.

I have seen what the others wrote, but I haven't had the same problems. 
  I have ordered OTCs from an online pharmacy and had them shipped in 
sealed boxes with invoicing inside clearly indicating purchase for 
personal use. Some pharmacies in California and Hawaii will accept 
orders for OTCs by e-mail if you pay by credit card.

Now watch, I probably broke the magic spell with that one ...
