Yep.  It's pretty shameless as far as fanservice/"sex" comics go
although it's pretty typical in all its cliches (i.e. the "joushi
kousei" wife is a virgin who barely even knows what sex is, but is
always ending up in all kinds of uncompromising positions; the man is
sort of a nervous geek who refuses to have sex with her until she
turns 18, etc.)  The name of the mangaka seems female but it could be
a pen name.
