Carrefour strictly talking isn't a AEON group name. AEON bought the 
japanese Carrefour hypermarkets and obtained from the Carrefour group 
the right to continue running them under the same name.
But I strongly doubt they could open any new hypermarket under that 
name. All Carrefour outside Japon still belong to Carrefour SA.
