被害者は東京地検にどんなに詳細に庇護や連続落選依頼の捜査と
事件公開を願っていてもスペイン編集者の同僚のフランス研究者に
落とした内容を改良されて昨年のアメリカ有名論文誌（京都大学Ｆ
も副編集者；その号は約７ヶ月前と気付いたが何故か未だ印刷体が
被害者に大幅な遅延を掛けられて届かない）に載せられており、
スペイン編集者も京都大学Ｆの態度もそれを百も承知の態度なのだが、
Ｂや責任者はそれを直ちに被害者に対する扱い（最近事務サイドか
ら勝手に研究３０点（被参照はどれだけ有っても０点；副査は件数
毎に点、科研費や献金も点）、他７０点（この辺りは ReaD とかな
り違い順当ではないが）で評価する様になって大半は責任者からの
指名で全員にかなり多数の建て前の業務（それぞれに点が配当される）
を回す中で被害者１人を殆ど外し切る態度に出られている。１件に
付き単に年に３回１時間程度の集会が有る委員の１件分で勤務態度
の有り得る最大差（６？点）；２件分程度（平均程度；責任者や
評議員（や腹心）は１０件以上でもなりたい放題；全部彼等が好き
嫌いや科研費？で指名する）で外国論文１本扱いしている可能性や、
表向きこそ「勤勉手当の差」としているが、それしか順位を出さず、

Ｎ!!（彼等２人は全く反省感が無いが司法機関から重大度に気付い

卑怯・卑劣になる様に陽に持っていかれている享楽振りである）等から、
知事!!、１国会議員!!!や天皇家!!!（子夫婦；＜蔑ろ（全く事実無根
だが）＞と、１国会議員とどちらも凄じく執拗に常に被害者への不当
な執拗且つ悪辣な非常に強い悪意を示されながら（特に早朝と夕方から）、
善悪逆の激痛の頭痛傷害・落選依頼意欲の誇示・凶行の激化を同時
にやられているが、やりたい放題にやらせる最高裁判所裁判官１５
人全員の非常に重い責任であろう）の振り、
をもされながら、

を間を空けない最大ボリューム（極めて悪影響大；加害者連中から
の一方的入力で職場全員の業務妨害になる水準）で***

そもそもは職場の職位を自在に名乗る「落とすという迄切らない」
という連続落選依頼の電話と、連日の職場内・地域内へのリストラ
脅迫と実際の連続当て付け人事、職場・京都大学からの連続犯罪予
告であり、仮に主犯格が地検や地裁と直接・間接に癒着が有ろうが、
凄じい不正に対して、日本中の司法機関からどうにかして頂きたい）。
　（アメリカも日本も非常に長期間大量の被害を与えてきて連続
当て付け人事と連動しているが、卑怯なことにわざと被害に遭わせ
た件や連続且つ執拗な落選依頼を一切公開しない。連続８年以上も
勝手に被害者を犯罪者（加害者連中と全く逆）の様に最も卑怯な扱
いをし続けたアメリカは二十数人の連続当て付け人事と、善悪逆の
最大級の頭痛傷害・凶行と連動している現在に何らかの公開義務を
感じて頂きたい）

本当ならば今の段階での国か最高裁判所全員からの補償や事実公開

等と非常に長時間強いリストラ脅迫、ダニ扱い凶行、彼等の大嘘で
の催眠術傷害（加害者連中の逮捕!!か公開裁判かの二者択一以外
は極めて卑怯である；最高裁判所全員で正義を示されたい）を跳ね
上げられている被害に遭い続けた。
最低でも彼等の法廷での責任公開が地検がグルならば最高裁判所全
体からの司法機関としての絶対に義務の筈である；
何回言っても傷害・凶行の激化だけで何一つ対応しないでは世界の
先進国の司法機関の態度としては極端に卑怯過ぎる。

３月２８日も似た事が起きてその翌日にドライバを入れ直したが、
今日も職場で、被害者の個人研究室にある研究室プリンタで、
　「職場ＰＣに接続した研究室プリンタ（Canon, カラーレーザー）
で両面印刷をしようと「設定変更」を選んだら出てこない。
無視して普通印字しようとしてもスプール中になり欠片も印字が進
行しない」
ことが起きた。
インターネットセキュリティは入れているのだが肝腎な所を直接書
き換えられて侵入可能になっている可能性が高く、ネットをハード
で叩き切ったら直ったのでネットから侵入した者の仕業と思えるが、
いつ何をされるか分らない。

帰宅後にもリストラ脅迫を続行されており、***止める気配がない***。
夏休み前迄殆ど業務のないＡや、医学部教授からと思えるが、
結局１分も寝れないが早朝から長時間の業務に行かねばならず、

凶行・犯罪の連動に彼等の逮捕か最低でも速やかな責任公開をお願
