Lawsons sell the tickets but the ticket machine is very hard to use even 
if you can read Japanese. Go at a not busy time and do this:

The top one is Tokyo Dome, march 23 click on ticket info and you'll see 
the Lawson ticket number is L37323

The second is Osaka, march 19, it's Lawson ticket numbre is L58602.

Please check the numbers yourself.

Write the ticket number, date and "Red Hot Chili Peppers" on a piece of 
paper and get the staff to operate the ticket machine for you. Ask the 
staff by "sumimasen, tasukete kudasai" and show them the paper. You can 
indicate the number of tickets with your fingers.
