I want to make my own moderated newsgroup for discussion of japanese
culture.  It probably won't be worth anything but I'm gonna at least
give it a try.  Certainly it'll be more popular than  SCJM would be
without the "single post threads".


any advice?  Well I am going to read how to after this, because i was
too lazy until now to read


Also, why isn't sci.lang.japan moderated?  Do you fear the same gross
abuse of power that happened in SCJM?
