Go to your closest ER a saturday night and wait. There's usually some
crying people in real pain coming in. You may want to have a binaural
mic setup mounted on a hat to keep it low key. You can also record
little babies crying and lower the pitch & speed later in your DAW.
Mix them sounds together & you'll get some "realistic death-cries"...
