植民地時代でもあるまいし。
その上、奴隷根性と化している国民意識さえ見えない。

官僚の保守性と頑迷さがよくでている。

このようなものたちになんで外交ができよう。
官僚達に外交は無理だ。

政治がシッカリリードすべき。
