Yes.  And you reinitialize by pressing the RESET button.
At least if you're using a NTT Web Caster V110 you do.

The original poster obviously wants his router reinitialised 
not (just) reset as if it was a 'reset' of the reboot-
computer type it wouldn't be changing any passwords.
