No need to make it sure. If they were having a regular relation or living
together when the baby was conceived, the judges may consider that's enough
to ask the guy to pay a sort of paternity fine. That's what they did in the
past, when there were no tests. If the guy said he had been cheated and she
had other lovers, he had to prove it.

Depending on circumstances, the man may show evidences he was not in town
when that was possible, etc. Also, a simple blood test or just the
appearance of the baby may show she's suing the wrong guy.

That depends on the relationship the 2 had. If that was a one hour story at
a love-hotel and there was no witness, that must be very difficult to
convince the judge to ask a test. There are dozens and dozens of women that
claim famous or just wealthy guys made them a child...
