I nearly had my J-Phone cut off because the Okazaki Shinko decided that 
my version of katakana was wrong. When I challenged them they refused to 
admit they were wrong, until they produced the original application 
which had a couple of little red marks "correcting" my name for me. My 
name is Brett not Bread.
