Because that's not what i read. I read simply that it wasnt what the final 360 would be able to do. Furthermore, The article that accompanies that picture, once translated, says that some of what was shown at E3 was running on this dev kit, and that the dev kit isnt even the full power of the final ps3. But you probably didnt read the article Anyhow, its good to know either way that the ps3 will look better than what was shown at E3... however... can you even imagine what "better" could be??
