ガンジスの流れの如く

人間の心と心の
交流より湧き出ずる
人類の一体感こそ
新たなる潮流の
始原とならんとする国　インド

仏法の発祥の地に
深く感謝する私は　祈る

インドの未来に
幸よ　多かれと

The grand flow of the Ganges
begins with a single drop of water
deep in the Himalayas.

A sense of solidarity within
humankind  evolves from
heart-to-heart encounters among
the people.
With this solidarity,
India sets a new current in motion.

I exress my deep appreciation to
India, where Buddhism began.
